Jacob and Bella's parting words before she went to save Edward from him trying to kill himself. Edward had believed she was dead, after she threw herself off a cliff. He'd gone to the Volturi, to ask them to kill him. Bella and Alice arrived in time to stop him from revealing their secret, but not in time for the Volturi to not have seen them. Cauis had wanted to kill them, but when Aro discovered that none of their gifts worked on Isabella, he was intrigued and interested. He made a deal with them, if they promised the human was turned before her college years, he'd let them all go. Edward hadn't wanted that, but he knew that he couldn't let them die. he reluctantly agreed.
After that was over, the Cullens moved back to Forks, all grateful that Bella had saved Edward's life. They went back to their ordinary routines. Edward has just found out that during the time he left, Bella and Jacob had grown closer together. He wants Bella back, but wants her to forget about Jacob and be happy. Bella knows she can't do that after all Jake did for her. Jacob won't talk to her after how she abandoned him that day she went to Volterra.
A new army of vampires; they call themselves the Alaskan vampires and are equal numbers with the Cullens come to Forks. Disgusted by how the Cullens live their lives; feeding on animals, being around humans, they make up a plan to kill them. Alice Cullen sees their plan, and immediately tell the other Cullens, to prepare.
Leah Clearwater. She's the first female to shift into a werewolf. nobody had thought that was possible. After grieving over Sam leaving her, a new guy catches her eye. Jacob Black. He's still mourning over Bella, and doesn't know that Leah likes him. She decides to spend lots of time with him, and try to cheer him up, and in the process, make them become closer.
Maria; Jasper's old army partner, has heard about the new army of vampires and has come to Forks to investigate. She sees Alice one day in Port Angeles, and smells Jasper's scent all over her. That makes her angry, she's never told anyone yet, but she still loves her old partner.
What'll happen? will Isabella chose Jacob or Edward? Will the new coven get what they wish? Will Leah win Jacob over? What will happen when Jasper and Maria meet? Will Maria join the Alaskan coven?
